The whole day trekking following the buffalo trails, we trek up and down hills through the forest, beautiful lush green mountains surrounding Sapa, brimming full with healthy rice paddies and gushing waterfalls and visit the villagers of the Tay and Red Dao people. On the way you will learn more about how is the rice cultivation, from sowing seeds to harvesting, until being served as cooked rice on your dinner table.
Our bus and local guide meet up and pick you up at your hotel then transfer to Su Pan Village. There we start our trekking day by walking downhill through the breathtaking scenery. We will trek through rice paddy fields until we reach Ban Ho village. Have lunch at the house near the suspension bridge. This is a Tay village. We have a short visit of local house before a suspension at a bridge and have picnic lunch.
After lunch, we continues our walk to another village. This is a Red Dao village this time, called Nam Toong with various beauties of nature, you will have chance to take photos of terraced field, the simple silt houses lying on valley in peaceful atmosphere. Stop by a nice house to taste a cup of tea before heading back to Ban Ho. (*) Swimming is possible but you absolutely should check your guide’s advice before jumping on the water. Our vehicle will be waiting for you for the journey from Ban ho back to Sapa .

Activities: Drive from Sapa to Supan village and from there you will start to trek downhill to Ban Ho village, passing breathtaking scenery along the way.
After lunch, continue to a Red Dao village that called Nam Toong which own various beauties of nature.
Taste a cup of local tea before getting back to Ban Ho.
